10 Quotes to Inspire You to Travel
I’ve been crazy busy since being back in England, visiting all corners of the country to catch up with friends and family. So unfortunately that means I have missed two Sundays, which is so unlike me. I can’t guarantee a post next week but things will return to normal when I get back to Aus, I promise!
So this week instead of rambling on about one of my adventures as usual, I’m going to share some of my favourite travel quotes that always give me wanderlust.
“Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing at all” – Helen Keller
“20 years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.” – Mark Twain
“Because in the end, you won’t remember the time you spent working in the office or mowing your lawn. Climb that goddamn mountain.” – Jack Kerouac
“And then there is the most dangerous risk of all — the risk of spending your life not doing what you want on the bet you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later.” – Randy Komisar
“Jobs fill your pocket, but adventures fill your soul.” – Jamie Lyn Beatty
“Take only memories, leave only footprints.” – Chief Seattle
“Live your life by a compass not a clock.” – Stephen Covey
“A ship in a harbor is safe, but that’s not what ships are built for.” – John A. Shedd
“In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.”
“It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live” – Albus Dumbledore (Harry Potter)
I hope you enjoyed these travel quotes and that you may even be feeling inspired to plan a trip!
